What is the Academic Year plan?
Pay for 10 months (June–March) upfront at the same monthly rate. No billing in April and May when your institute is on summer break — just 10 months, not 12.
Can I add more teachers or students mid-year?
Yes. Add teachers or students anytime. The prorated amount is added to your next invoice. Removing seats takes effect from the next billing cycle.
Can I toggle add-ons on or off?
On monthly: toggle off anytime, stops next cycle. On academic year: changes apply at renewal.
Is there a free trial?
Yes — 15 days on the full plan. AI limits apply during trial: 5 document uploads, 5 AI question generations, 5 Genie questions. Everything else unrestricted.
Can a student join multiple academies?
Yes. A student registers once and can join multiple teacher academies using the same login. All subjects appear in one dashboard.
